Our Founder

Eleni Lappa holds an LLB (Hons) from Kingston University in London, United Kingdom, and was selected for and completed two legal internships in the United States. Due to her extensive experience overseas, she has acquired and practically applies a combined knowledge of the UK, US and Greek legal systems and legal principles. Having worked for a number of years in all three jurisdictions in various positions and firms, she has acquired extensive experience in all aspects of IP law and alternative dispute resolution (international arbitration and mediation).

Eleni has been a member of the International Trademark Association for several years and has been elected as an Institute of Trademark Attorneys overseas member; she is also a member of the European Communities Trademark Association, the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property, and attends all relevant conferences regularly. She has been involved for many years in various prestigious international publications and contributions in relation to IP law.

Eleni has also counselled major multinational corporations on infringement matters (patents, trademarks and copyright), and has extensive experience in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy matters for all types of domain name disputes.
